Sales Development Representative - French speaking (H/F)

You enjoy being the first point of contact for an organization for any inbound inquiries that could translate into sales. You are self-motivated and adept at keeping track of and reporting out on your daily / weekly activities.  You aspire to grow into a career in Sales or Marketing and are driven to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities including prospecting and developing opportunities
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries generated through Urban Airship's website, marketing campaigns and programs
  • Maintain call volume of 50-75 calls per day with the intent to qualify leads and create pipeline growth for Field and Inside Sales
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Monitor social web for sales opportunities and leads
  • Conduct concentrated sales campaigns
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with use of customer relationship management databases, specifically Salesforce.com preferred
  • Fluent in French
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Some sales and/or phone experience is desirable 
  • Some experience working in software or business-to-business environment is desired but not necessary
  • MS Office knowledge including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
